Return Policy

At Marliyas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following terms.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, they must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Clothing must retain all tags, and electronics must include manuals and original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse cannot be returned.

Some items are non-returnable, including undergarments, digital products, gift cards, and final-sale items.

To return a product, contact our Customer Service team at info@marliyas.com /+(94) 55 227 6049 to receive a Return Authorization and instructions. Returns must be shipped via a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective items or our error.

Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products are available subject to stock availability and must follow the return process.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
